We want to make sure you feel fully prepared and relaxed before your arrival—no surprises, just good memories.
Our kitchen is stocked with essential cookware, including pots, pans, utensils, glass plates, bowls, and basic kitchen tools. However, we do not supply paper products, foil, plastic wrap, or disposable dishware. If those items matter to you, you may want to bring them along.
The bunk bed in one of the rooms is twin over full, and there are no additional beds in that room. We’d rather overcommunicate than underdeliver, so you’re never caught off guard.
HOUSE RULES & GUEST EXPECTATIONS We’re honored to host you and want your experience to be effortless and enjoyable. These guidelines are designed to respect your comfort and our community—and to make sure everyone gets the peaceful getaway they deserve.
Courtesy & Noise
- Please keep noise levels down after 10 PM.
- NoiseAware devices are installed to alert us of excessive noise without recording conversations.
- Tampering with devices or security cameras may result in immediate cancellation.
Smoking Policy
- Absolutely no smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes indoors—including cannabis.
- Outdoor smoking is allowed only if all waste is properly disposed of.
- A $500 cleaning fee may apply if odors or stains are left behind.
Makeup & Skincare
- Please use the designated black towels for makeup, tanning products, or creams.
- Guests will be charged for irreversibly damaged linens.
Pool
- The pool is not heated. We know that’s not ideal for everyone, so we want to be upfront.
Check-In/Out
- Late checkout beyond 1 hour incurs a $10/hr fee.
- Early check-in or late checkout (when available) is charged at half the nightly rate.
Occupancy & Visitors
- Maximum occupancy is 8 guests (including infants).
- No additional or unregistered guests allowed.
- Daytime visitors limited to 4 people unless approved in advance.
- Parties, events, or large gatherings are not allowed.
- The booking guest is responsible for the actions of all guests in the group.
Child Supervision
- Children are absolutely welcome—but must be actively supervised at all times for safety.
Before You Leave
- Please load and start the dishwasher.
- Place all used towels on the laundry room floor.
- No need to make the beds—we’ve got that covered.
Pets
- No pets are allowed, inside or outside.
- Guests with ADA-recognized Service Animals or Emotional Support Animals—please see the special section below.
Parking
- Driveway fits 3 sedans or small SUVs parked side-by-side.
- No street parking (HOA enforced).
BBQ & Amenities
- BBQ is available—please clean after use.
- Occasionally, prior guests leave snacks or condiments. You’re welcome to use them at your discretion. (We can’t guarantee freshness.)
Furniture & Property Access
- Please do not rearrange furniture.
- The garage and four locked closets (two upstairs, two downstairs) are not part of the rental.
- Garage and exterior areas are monitored by security cameras for safety.
Mail & Deliveries
- We cannot receive mail at this address. Any delivered items will be discarded.
TV & Wi-Fi
- All TVs are streaming only (no cable or satellite).
- Wi-Fi is the best available in the area but may experience slowdowns during heavy use.
Desert Living Disclosure
- We do our best with pest control, but in the desert, you might occasionally see insects like crickets, cockroaches, or scorpions. We appreciate your understanding.
Firepit
- The firepit is currently out of order. We apologize for the inconvenience and are working to fix it.
BOOKING REQUIREMENTS
- No pseudonym bookings—only real names.
SERVICE ANIMALS & EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMALS (ADA/ESA POLICY)
We fully comply with ADA guidelines and strive to provide clarity and fairness.
If you plan to bring a Service Animal or ESA, please note the following:
- Animals must not be left alone in the home under any circumstances.
- You are responsible for any damage caused by the animal.
- Any misrepresentation of a pet as a service animal will result in eviction and possible legal reporting.
Documentation Requirements:
- Service Animals: Must be trained to perform tasks related to your disability. You’ll be asked two standard ADA-compliant questions regarding the animal’s role and training.
- ESAs: Requires documentation from a licensed mental health professional confirming the need.
- Current rabies vaccine proof is required for all animals.
On Property Behavior:
- Animals must be leashed or under voice control at all times.
- Waste must be promptly cleaned up and disposed of in the outdoor trash bin.
- Animals are not allowed on furniture or counters unless medically necessary—additional cleaning fees may apply if evidence is found.
FINAL NOTE By confirming your reservation, you agree to all guidelines outlined above. Violations may result in a $500 fine, contract termination, and/or eviction with no refund.
